Lean/Six Sigma is a combination of two business methodologies designed to assist in improving both internal and external processes, while satisfying shareholder interests. LEAN methodology emphasizes efficiency (to make the very best of company resources) in order to help eliminate the eight types of waste. SIX SIGMA methodology emphasizes quallity and uses data-driven metrics to achieve optimal products and services.

Since early 2013, our team has taught the various principals and tools needed to execute the Lean/Six Sigma methods using highly interactive Certification class sessions. Through these invaluable lessons many Fortune 100 companies have increased efficiencies, eliminated millions of dollars in waste, increased value and provided a solid base of working processes.

Students from the University of Illinois (Chicago Campus) simulate all aspects of a manufacturing plant using the Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Kraft Foods - Employee Training Video

Claussen Pickle Plant, Woodstock, IL

A training video, filmed onsite, to help employees learn 5S methodology derived from the Lean/Six Sigma management system. Because employee safety is a core principal of the Kraft Foods mission, we integrated "Plus 1" into the training video. In doing so, we captured the genuine joy and energy of Claussen's culture.

The video was also re-created in Spanish.

Weber Grills - Employee Training Video

GDC Distribution Facility, Huntley, IL

This video is "going viral"!

Weber Grills needed a video helping employees understand the fundamentals of the 5S (plus 1) methodology. We captured the concept by using the Weber employees, on-site, while capturing the plant's lively culture.  What a great group!

White Belt Certification Course

Quality Training Institute, Skokie, IL

A short, L6Sigma promotional video to clients demonstrating a White Belt Certification Course.  Students are grouped, then taught basic Lean principles.  Each student learns to apply the principles to real work situations, then is given a Certificate of Completion.

Monogram Foods - Graduation Day Video

Multiple Locations, USA

Take a look at the company cost savings in this video!  These are typical when L6Sigma implements its courses.  This video was shown at the Black Belt Graduation Ceremony, in front of the company's first ever group of Black Belts.  Tremendous accomplishments all-around!

Medron - Employee Training Video

Medron needed an employee training video for the "buy-in".  Because the video was done with its own employees, a Lean/Six Sigma approach to operations was quickly adapted.  We understand that global companies need global solutions.
